Two Trapped on Baltimore Avenue   By Firefighter Matt Tomlins November 6, 2009   Just around 10 am a call was received for the report of a vehicle accident with injury in the 12800 block of Baltimore Avenue. Units from station 31 arrived to find two occupants trapped in their vehicle. Patients were extricated with the assistance from Laurel Rescue Squad and transported to local trauma centers.
